ABOUT
Lilom is a small family-run resort
in San Teodoro, Mabini (Anilao) Batangas.
​
In truth, she's more of a 'guesthouse' rather than a resort .
She's our sweet little home away from home and
we hope you feel the same way when you come stay with us.

We must say though that if you're looking for a 'sprawling 5 star luxury' resort,
then Lilom might not be for you.
Lilom is rustic, casual and homey.
We welcome all guests
who are equally easygoing and laidback.
​
Lilom is a local dialect which means Under the Shade.
We first heard of it when the mother of our staff beckoned us to seek shelter
under their mango tree when it was raining hard one day.

So we found it fitting to name the place Lilom ...
because of the age old trees in the property
that always shaded us from the summer sun or the pouring rain,
but more importantly,
because when life gets a little too 'hot' to handle,
we seek solace in Lilom
and experience life under the shade.​

Our rates are full board - meaning all your meals are already included in the rate,
so you can simply arrive, exhale,

Whether it’s a quiet solo escape

Our rustic little resort has 7 rooms
and cozy bed space for 18 guests.
All our rooms have basic creature comforts
like air conditioning,
private patios with hammocks,
sea views
and ensuite toilets with hot showers.
Wifi is available in the dining hall.

We can arrange for you to to go
island hopping on a banca
and snorkel in different coves.
This tour is ideal if you are staying for
2 nights stay.

Sunset Soak Pools and
a Healing Garden
​
Marvel at a sunset Anilao is famous for, while sipping
our signature mojito sundowners
in our sunset soak pools.
​
Feel the healing energy
of our verdant garden
shaded by trees and flowering vines,
with a vista of sea and mountains.
No TV and no Karaoke
but we now have Wi-Fi

We still want you to unplug and escape.
​
But if you need to stay in touch,
there is wifi in the dining area
and in some rooms.

have deep conversations about life,

Spot and Cupcake,
two of the resident sea turtles in our marine sanctuary
teeming with fish and corals.

Booking a Room
​
Reservations are accepted only through this website or by sending us an email at lilomresort@gmail.com
At the moment, we are not affiliated with any booking platform like
Agoda or Booking.com nor do we accept bookings through Messenger, Viber etc
​
You may reserve a room online.
Just click on the Book a Room tab abov.
Tip: If you are unable to find a room
for a specific date, try changing the number of persons you are booking for
(try putting in 1 or 2 adults only), it will show you all the available rooms that day.
​
If you are bringing kids 1-12 years old
or a 3rd or 4th person in the room,
contact us after booking your room
so we can price your reservation properly and include them in our food shopping.
​
After booking a room,
do check your email inbox or junk folder
for a Deposit Request email.
​
Keep checking the website for availability in case of cancellations.
Email us in case you can't find a vacant room, we might have one available
or our booking system is cranky
and is just not letting you book.
​
Sorry at the moment,
we can not yet accept
same day or last minute reservations.
Deposits and Payments
​
Bookings require a 50% deposit
and can be done via bank deposit, Gcash,
or fund transfer to our BPI account.
An email with our bank details
will be sent to you after booking online.
Please secure your deposit within 5 working days of booking
to confirm your reservation.​
If we don't receive your deposit
or hear from you at all,
we will have to release your booking.
​
We know plans may change,
reservations are re-bookable.
You may change your reservation date
to another time within 1 year of your original booking date.
Your deposit will be applied to your
new stay.
Please let us know your changes
at least 1 week before your arrival date
so that other guests may be able
to book your room.
​
We will refund your deposit if you cancel your stay 2 weeks in advance of your check in date.
If cancelled less than 2 weeks,
we will hold on to your deposit
and just rebook your stay.
​
If you cancel or change your booking within 48 hours of your stay, sorry but you forfeit your deposit
so please don't cancel on us,
this will make us very sad.
​
Daytrippers
​
We welcome daytrippers on weekdays when the resort is not very busy.
Contact us directly should you wish to visit only for the day as
this can not be booked online.

Regular room rate per person is

per person inclusive of lunch,
afternoon snack, and sunset cocktails, taxes and use of a room
(Butanding or Paraw)
from 12noon to 6PM.

Bookings are essential as we generally
can not accept walk ins.

Block Off the Entire Resort
Contact us if you wish to block off
the entire resort
for a private getaway
for family, friends and pets,

You have private and exclusive use
of the entire resort and
you don't have to worry about anything else because your meals are included.
Oh and pets joining block-off bookings
are free of charge.

Pets
​
Friendly and well behaved pets are welcome to have a beach holiday
in Lilom for
PHP350 per pet,
subject to approval.
Pets must be vaccinated,
and toilet trained.
(Humans must clean up after fur-babies)
Furry friends are not allowed on the human beds
and must remain on leash
while in the resort.
Aggressive pups and certain breeds
must stay home.
Maximum of 4 pets in the resort unless it's a block off so bookings are a must.

What You Might Eat
​
For lunch and dinner,
you will be served
a meat dish
like chicken barbeque or beef kaldereta, then a seafood dish
like catch of the day with butter sauce or stuffed grilled squid,
a vegetarian delicacy
like vegetable karekare or pancit puti
and something sweet like fruit
to cap off the meal.

Your afternoon snack might be
banana turon or maybe
our famous suman,
served with a cup of
Batangas hot tsokolate..
​
Lilom's signature Mojitos
or Rum Colas are served
for sunset cocktails.
For breakfast, you probably will be served banana pancakes
with a side of eggs, fried rice and maybe corned beef or tocino or tuyo.

Accessibility
​
There is a bit of a walk (200 meters) to Lilom via the beach or the stairs.
Parking is offsite.
As much as we would want to welcome
you all to Lilom,
we can not recommend it
for people with mobility issues and serious disabilities.

If the tide is high or the waves are big, there is a possibility you might get wet.
